Technology Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan, implement, oversee, and finalize technology projects.

• Develop and monitor schedules to ensure that deadlines are adhered to.

• Administer project budgets, costs, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and action plans.

• Track performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery metrics.

• Guarantee the quality of deliverables and ensure project goals are met.

• Facilitate follow-up, planning, and status report meetings.

• Manage changes in scope and prioritize demands effectively.

• Lead cross-functional development teams to success.

• Assess team performance through ongoing feedback and evaluations.

• Encourage and support the technical and professional development of team members.

• Resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative work environment.

• Advocate for a culture of accountability, commitment, and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in overseeing technology projects.

• Prior experience as a Software Developer or Tech Lead.

• Proven ability to lead technical teams.

• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and financial management.

• Background in leading end-to-end software development initiatives.

• Familiarity with high-complexity environments involving multiple stakeholders.

• Experience with agile transformation methodologies.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and process automation.

• Record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to scope.
