Project Manager – Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist project executives with various projects and tasks, ensuring efficient coordination and communication across all initiatives.

• Create thorough scope and scheduling documentation for assigned projects, outlining clear milestones and deliverables.

• Recognize and proactively tackle potential risks related to project logistics, budget limitations, and modifications to scope.

• Oversee and manage all Vendor Request For Proposals (RFPs), including the evaluation and selection processes.

• Engage and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors to secure favorable agreements and maintain project progress.

• Prepare and update project status reports, process invoices, refresh tracking reports, and keep organized files for due diligence and financial oversight.

• Actively monitor all facets of project performance against established schedules and critical path requirements.

• Coordinate subcontractor activities and manage the relocation of technical functions as necessary.

• Exhibit a proactive approach to meeting client and project needs in a timely and cost-effective manner, upholding the highest standards of service delivery.

• On-site presence is required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Facility Manager or Infrastructure Project Manager, or a combination of relevant experience, education, or equivalent military service.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively prepare, manage, and track project budgets.

• Strong comprehension of technical requirements for construction projects, HVAC systems, and emergency projects.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) with a proven ability to communicate successfully with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team members.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Regular travel to various office locations and client sites is necessary.
