This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee water, wastewater, and stormwater projects from the proposal stage to completion, delivering sustainable and cost-effective solutions.
• Manage all facets of project execution, including scope, budget, timeline, and client relations.
• Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors.
• Direct project financials, subcontractor payments, and conduct monthly review meetings with the operations team.
• Create health and safety plans specific to each project and ensure compliance with QA/QC protocols as outlined in the Quality Management Plan.
• Provide clear updates to clients, management, and project teams to guarantee efficient and timely project completion.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• At least 4 years of engineering experience specific to the discipline and a minimum of 2 years in project management are required.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license is essential.
• Demonstrated capability to manage the scope, budget, and schedule of technical tasks.
• Advanced skills with engineering, computational, and modeling software (such as Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and business practices related to engineering is necessary.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Deltek Vision is preferred.
• Involvement in professional engineering societies or organizations is advantageous.
• A flexible work environment with opportunities for local and occasional travel.
