Project Manager – Assistant Manager – Talent Services Global Learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Execute learning design and development projects within established timelines and quality standards.

• Create a comprehensive project plan for each initiative, utilizing a standard template to outline deliverable deadlines and review cycles.

• Oversee continuous status reporting, effectively communicating project risks and escalating issues as necessary.

• Seek guidance from relevant sources before drawing conclusions on how to address specific issues or opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including subject matter experts, other learning stakeholders, and external learning vendors.

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards.

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of vendor project managers, designers, and developers as applicable.

• Lead regular project meetings to ensure alignment and progress.

• Develop and uphold comprehensive project documentation.

• Utilize best practices in project management from team members to enhance project effectiveness.

• Initiate and ensure the timely and efficient publication of learning content through content administration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing learning design and development projects, ideally on a global scale and/or for a diverse client base.

• Proven track record in project management skills, including vendor management.

• Demonstrated experience in overseeing learning and development projects.

• Proficient in using project management software, including Microsoft Excel.

• Established ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business customers and clients.

• A bachelor's degree, with a preference for higher professional or master’s qualifications in a relevant field.
