Associate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives from inception to completion.

• Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and task trackers to ensure alignment among all stakeholders.

• Schedule and lead project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting notes and action items.

• Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and proactively escalate obstacles to senior project managers or department leaders.

• Act as a liaison between internal teams.

• Coordinate the delivery and approval of assets across internal teams.

• Aid in resource planning by monitoring team capacity and workload across ongoing projects.

• Keep organized project documentation, including briefs, status reports, and post-mortems.

• Compile and share weekly project status updates with stakeholders.

• Assist in the development and refinement of project management templates and process documentation.

• Help monitor project budgets and alert the marketing operations team to any discrepancies.

• Provide assistance to team members as needed to achieve team objectives.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar).

• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities.

• Experience in collaboration and relationship management across cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical skills paired with creative problem-solving abilities.

• Process-oriented mindset skilled at documenting and breaking down projects into manageable segments.
