This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Oversee your designated territory and customer portfolio to boost recurring diagnostic revenue.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets for medical device equipment.
• Partner and collaborate with fellow IDEXX sales professionals within the region.
• Provide education and training to veterinary clinic staff regarding products, services, and marketing strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with comprehensive knowledge of IDEXX's offerings.
• Relay customer requirements and competitive challenges to IDEXX's marketing team and your business unit manager.
• Showcase IDEXX's values to clients in a professional manner.
• Participate in trade shows and other educational events in the area.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in managing your own sales territory.
• Proficiency in Finnish and fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in territory management sales within the veterinary/animal health sector, human healthcare medical device sales, dental device sales, or previous capital equipment sales.
• Strong collaborative skills to thrive in a highly team-oriented sales environment.
• Capacity to fulfill the demands of a field sales role, including extensive travel by car, overnight trips if necessary, flexibility for potential weekend work, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
