This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Professionally and efficiently manage both inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Assist pet owners with scheduling, rescheduling appointments, and addressing general inquiries.
• Adhere to specific clinic procedures, workflows, and documentation standards.
• Accurately record customer interactions in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Escalate urgent issues following established protocols.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor during sensitive customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service experiences to support veterinary clinics.
• Effectively handle multiple systems and tasks while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Meet expectations for attendance, productivity, and quality.
• Must currently reside in Mexico.
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Experience working remotely in previous positions.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Clear pronunciation with minimal accent.
• Strong skills in listening and problem-solving.
• Ability to adhere to detailed procedures and workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Professional and empathetic communication style.
• Comfort in handling emotional or sensitive conversations with customers.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare customer service.
• Familiarity with the veterinary industry.
• Background in medical office settings.
• Experience with appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems.
• Personal pet ownership or a strong passion for animals.
• Weekly pay in arrears.
