This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in first-level support.
β’ Provide assistance with hardware and software inquiries via phone and written communication.
β’ Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
β’ Record all support requests in the ticketing system for tracking.
β’ Support and maintain IT systems including POS systems, routers, and personal computers.
β’ Previous experience in first-level customer support is essential.
β’ Proficiency in German (at least C1) is mandatory; English skills are a plus.
β’ Demonstrated technical aptitude with the ability to analyze and resolve issues.
β’ Ability to work independently, with a solution-oriented mindset and flexibility in working hours.
β’ Strong team player with excellent professional communication skills.
