This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Respond to, filter, and direct incoming calls to the relevant team member.
• Take messages and relay them or transfer calls to voicemail when team members are not available.
• Log phone calls and upload related documents into the online document management system.
• Provide administrative support to office personnel, including faxing, copying, and organizing files.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and address their inquiries.
• Timely obtain insurance coverage details.
• Follow up on medical treatments and ensure continuity of care.
• Request and acquire medical records and billing statements from healthcare providers.
• Interact with insurance companies regarding treatment updates and refresh adjuster information in the system.
• Execute additional administrative and case-related responsibilities as assigned.
• Background in plaintiff personal injury law firms.
• Experience in medical offices or healthcare scheduling.
• Familiarity with legal intake or case management support.
• Experience in call centers handling high-volume inbound calls.
• Background as a virtual assistant supporting U.S. businesses.
• Proficiency in CRM or case management systems (Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Clio, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with professional fluency in Spanish.
