This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
• Provide outstanding customer service by swiftly addressing inquiries, effectively resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer contentment.
• Research and deliver precise and timely answers to questions received via phone, email, and live chat support channels.
• Utilize internal and external documentation and resources to deliver exceptional service.
• Recognize and escalate high-priority or unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams.
• Direct calls to the appropriate resources when necessary and document all customer interaction details according to standard operating procedures.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report emerging trends and patterns in recurring issues.
• Aim for superior customer satisfaction and experience, ensuring that all calls are managed professionally in accordance with the quality guidelines established by the client.
• Comply with established protocols, KPIs, guidelines, and company policies to guarantee consistent and standardized customer service delivery.
• Promote a collaborative work environment by engaging with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve customer issues, share knowledge, and foster a positive team atmosphere.
• Participate in all required internal and external training sessions and/or seminars.
• Familiarize yourself with and adhere to TaskUs’ policies and procedures.
• Proficient in Swiss German, both written and spoken.
• Competent in using Windows OS, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Possess strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be adaptable and flexible, demonstrating the ability to work with changing processes and information.
• Empathetic toward customers and able to maintain a customer-centric approach.
• Team-oriented: actively participates within the internal team and the wider company by engaging in departmental initiatives, providing feedback/updates, promoting collaborative solutions, and supporting colleagues/departments.
