• Respond to incoming customer calls

• Interact thoughtfully with customers to ascertain their needs

• Handle a high volume of interactions while upholding quality and professionalism

• Adhere to a fixed schedule, including specified breaks and lunch periods

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service

• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness

• Comfortable using computer systems and Windows-based applications

• A designated workspace at home free from distractions

• A reliable, high-speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 mbps)
