This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Active acquisition of new customers in the insulating glass sector, focusing on window construction companies.

• Establishing and nurturing long-term customer relationships in the sales regions of Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony, and Saxony-Anhalt, as well as neighboring areas.

• Identifying market potentials and new business opportunities for our insulating glass locations in Peißen, Zerbst, and Eberswalde.

• Advising prospects and new clients about our products and services.

• Analyzing customer requirements and developing individual and sustainable solutions in collaboration with our specialist departments and production sites.

• Independently planning and executing customer visits and networking activities.

• Supporting new customers during the startup phase and ensuring a successful beginning to the collaboration.

• After successfully establishing the business relationship: handover of ongoing support to the responsible site sales teams.

• Representing the SEMCO Group at customer meetings, events, and industry contacts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in the fields of windows, facades, glass, or related industries, ideally in sales, field service, or business development.

• Technical understanding of products and applications related to insulating glass.

• Enthusiasm for acquiring new customers and building long-term business relationships.

• Strong communication and consulting skills.

• Strategic sales understanding and the ability to successfully exploit market opportunities.

• Strong solution orientation and a keen sense of individual customer requirements.

• Confident demeanor and negotiation skills.

• Independent and structured working style.

• High willingness to travel within the sales area.

• Class B driver's license.
