• Cold calling / rescheduling or warm calling / follow-up scheduling
• Managing leads with appointments to introduce our company
• Conducting online meetings = qualifying customers for further sales
• Leading conversations in German for high-level business areas (Purchasing Managers / CEOs)
• Preparing documentation for potential clients from qualification to offering suitable network partners as a sales preparation
• Documentation and data maintenance in our system
• Supporting sales in follow-up appointments in case of representation
• Several years of experience in sales (mandatory).
• Professional experience and expertise in the energy sector (required; alternatively, a strong willingness to quickly learn industry knowledge independently outside of working hours)
• Confidently conducting sales conversations in German.
• Customer and sales-oriented actions.
• Good knowledge of MS Office as well as proficiency in using computers, software, and AI.
• Home office workspace with personal infrastructure (PC, internet).
• Ability to work independently.
• Actively contributing to and optimizing our processes for the best results.
• Flexibility: You can work from home or from our location in Riesa (Saxony) – freely and independently, during customer business hours between 7 AM - 6 PM.
