This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will reach out to decision-makers in hospitals, MedTech, and health IT companies.

• You will identify opportunities in the areas of testing, AI testing, security, and patient information.

• You will persuade interested parties to engage in a non-binding initial conversation with our consulting team.

• You will document your activities in the CRM and collaborate closely with the marketing and delivery teams.

• You will actively contribute to the growth of our products Pulse 360°, Patienteninfo360°, and PosePath Health AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in telephone cold calling (ideally B2B).

• Confident and professional demeanor, especially over the phone.

• Enjoyment in convincing decision-makers (CEO, CIO, CMO, department heads).

• Strong communication skills, energy, and clear conversational leadership.

• Interest in digitization, AI, health, and software quality.

• Available for full-time work (no part-time or side jobs).

• A strong desire to perform and develop further.
