This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Regular preparation of sales reports (e.g., sales volumes, customer numbers, margins, churn rates, switching movements).

• Analysis of market and competitive data, along with the formulation of strategic recommendations.

• Creation of forecasts, budget planning, and variance analyses.

• Development and maintenance of interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).

• Assessment of energy tariffs, products, and pricing strategies.

• Support in contribution margin calculations and proposal pricing.

• Economic oversight of campaigns, sales actions, and marketing measures.

• Continuous improvement of our sales processes and KPI systems.

• Close collaboration with sales, marketing, portfolio management, customer service, and controlling.

• Preparation of decision-making documents for management.

• Ensuring and coordinating data and information flows between departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or related fields.

• Initial professional experience in controlling, preferably within the energy sector.

• Excellent analytical understanding and a strong affinity for numbers.

• Knowledge of energy industry regulatory frameworks (e.g., EEG, EnWG, price components).

• Proficient in using MS Excel, BI tools, and ERP systems.

• Team player with strong communication skills and a structured, proactive work style.
