Controller – Native or Fluent German required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• You will take on account monitoring and representation, as well as clarifying unknown departures/differences, salary transfers, and data maintenance.

• Creation of financial plans, annual budget planning, and statistics for categorizing income/expenses.

• You will be responsible for risk management.

• You will closely collaborate with the CEO, HR, Operations, and Support Team, overseeing and controlling all payment inflows and outflows.

• Additionally, you will serve as the point of contact for any financial matters at both team and company levels, representing the finance department in meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a commercial or economic education and have several years of experience in a finance position.

• You bring experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• You are proficient with tools such as Google Workspace, Skool, ASANA, Hubspot, Thrivecart, Airtable, Shopify, Paypal, Stripe, Factorial, and Canva.

• You excel in analytical thinking: complex numbers can be quickly structured and interpreted by you.

• Attention to detail is crucial for you: you can ensure accuracy and data quality.

• You have strong communication skills and can convey results clearly.

• Integrity is very important to you: you are willing to disclose uncomfortable truths.

• You work process-oriented to improve workflows and increase efficiency.

• We require at least C1-level proficiency in German.
