This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

• Manage financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

• Enhance and develop financial controls, reporting processes, and operational procedures.

• Assist in strategic financial planning and performance analysis.

• Generate monthly management reports and provide financial insights for senior stakeholders.

• Assess financial and operational risks and propose suitable controls.

• Organize external audits and collaborate with external accounting and advisory partners.

• Aid in KPI reporting, cash flow forecasting, and tracking business performance.

• Ensure adherence to relevant financial standards and internal governance requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across international teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in a senior finance, controllership, or financial leadership position.

• Strong foundation in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

• Proven track record of enhancing finance processes, controls, and operational reporting.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Advanced skills in accounting systems, spreadsheets, and financial analysis tools.

• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent are a plus.

• Experience in fast-paced international businesses.

• Familiarity with supporting remote or distributed global teams.

• Experience in digital, technology, fintech, entertainment, or online platform businesses is advantageous.
