This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Compile and consolidate quotations.
• Develop budgets, maintain tracking and reporting, providing real-time financial insights to the Events Team.
• Manage the contract signing process.
• Oversee invoicing and payment procedures.
• Conduct reconciliations across multiple currencies and companies.
• Prepare post-event reports.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Over 5 years of experience in accounting within the Events, Travel, or Hospitality sectors.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
• Language proficiency: Full professional or native level in English and Spanish; Italian is an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong negotiation abilities for vendor quotations. Organizational skills are essential.
