Vertical Video Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of vertical-first content capture and production for designated shows/events.

• Create social-first content, including talent requests, partner shoots, quick concepts, trends, reactions, arrivals, promotional materials, and behind-the-scenes moments.

• Assist with requests from internal and external partners that involve talent, executives, community, sponsorship, public relations, and priority business requirements.

• Collaborate with department leaders on daily priorities, coverage requirements, and focus areas for shows/events.

• Deliver quick edits as necessary while remaining focused on field production.

• Highlight top-performing posts, successful content, and valuable metrics from assigned coverage.

• Ensure all content is created and optimized for social media distribution.

• Analyze content performance, recognize trends, and apply insights to future content strategies.

• Travel domestically and internationally as required by business needs.

• Stay updated on WWE programming, storylines, talent, brands, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital/social video production, ideally within the sports, entertainment, and/or television sectors.

• Experience in content creation, video editing, and collaboration within the social media landscape.

• Demonstrated ability to generate and produce highly engaging content.

• Proven capability to independently conceive and publish captivating content across various platforms.

• Strong judgment in video production and editing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in video production and editing software such as Adobe Premiere and CapCut.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with outstanding time management and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to perform well under pressure.

• Willingness to work a rotating, non-traditional schedule, including nights and weekends.

• Familiarity with WWE shows and talent is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional grammar and diction.

• Willingness to travel extensively.
