📋 Description

• Take ownership of a revenue target by collaborating closely with Protege’s Video General Manager and team.

• Develop, oversee, and convert a pipeline of opportunities across both new and existing accounts.

• Maintain a balance between self-generated pipeline and opportunities supported by inbound and outbound efforts.

• Identify and cultivate opportunities that require video data for AI model training, fine-tuning, or evaluation.

• Engage with data science, product, and business stakeholders to comprehend data requirements.

• Position Protege’s capabilities as effective solutions to challenges related to data quality, scale, and accessibility.

• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closure.

• Convert technical requirements into clear commercial scopes and proposals.

• Navigate environments with multiple stakeholders, including AI, legal, content, and product teams.

• Develop a robust perspective on the utilization of video data in AI/ML workflows.

• Identify repeatable use cases and patterns within the video sector.

• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and offerings.

• Collaborate closely with GM, Delivery, Data Lab, and Partner teams to define and implement solutions.

• Work alongside Product and Commercial Operations to enhance packaging, pricing, and sales strategies.

• Partner with outbound/BDR teams on targeted account strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise or mid-market sales.

• Proven experience in selling within AI, data, media technology, and/or video-related industries.

• Strong grasp of the application of data in AI/ML workflows, especially for model training.

• Demonstrated capability to generate pipeline and close deals in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to engage both technical stakeholders (such as data science researchers) and business executives.

• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a build-stage environment.

• Experience in selling SOW, SaaS, and Managed Services-oriented offerings.

• Preferred experience with video datasets, content pipelines, or video generation and interpretation workflows.

• Preferred background in AI training data, labeling, annotation, or evaluation services.

• Preferred knowledge of multimodal AI (video, text, audio).

• Preferred existing connections within media, AI, or data ecosystems.
