• Reaching out to businesses that do not have active job postings
• Managing incoming leads
• Assisting in the development of scripts

• Supporting recruitment efforts
• Providing marketing and content insights based on real market feedback
• Making outbound calls to U.S. enterprises within your designated sector
• Assessing prospects based on their hiring requirements, urgency, budget, access to decision-makers, and overall suitability
• Scheduling qualified sales calls and demonstrations
• Finalizing new staffing contracts with ScaleSource
• Developing and refining your own scripts, call flows, objection handling, and follow-up sequences
• Utilizing AI tools daily to enhance research, personalization, call preparation, follow-up, and sales execution
• Collaborating with the recruitment team to understand candidate availability, client requirements, role specifications, and fulfillment timelines
• Assisting in generating content ideas based on genuine prospect objections and discussions
• Maintaining clean, up-to-date, and functional CRM records
• Arriving prepared for pod meetings, scorecard evaluations, and weekly accountability discussions
• Continuously testing, iterating, and refining the sales process each week
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales
• More than 5 years of combined experience in both inbound and outbound sales
• At least 2 years of direct selling experience to U.S.-based business owners, executives, managers, or decision-makers
• Demonstrated ability to make high-volume outbound calls
• Proven track record in responding to and converting inbound leads
• Experience managing a sales pipeline within a CRM system
• Strong phone presence with the ability to handle rejection, objections, silence, and pushback
• Capability to create scripts, follow-ups, and sales processes independently
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours
• High sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability
• Daily proficiency in using AI tools to enhance sales execution
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Willingness to assist with sales, recruiting feedback, content generation, marketing insights, and vertical expansion
• Base compensation of $1,250 per month
• Bonus of $250 for each new contract closed during the first 90 days
• After the initial 90 days: a monthly bonus of $750 for every month with 4 new contracts signed
• Additional incentives: $250 bonus for each contract exceeding 4 in a month
• No cap on earnings
• No limitations on bonuses
• Realistic annual income target of $30,000+ USD
