This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Management and coordination of contracts, proposals, and project-related documentation.
• Coordination of new request for proposals (RFP).
• Review, follow-up, and administrative support in contract and proposal management.
• Analysis and optimization of cost structures and internal processes.
• Preparation of reports and evaluations.
• Ensuring a structured, complete, and traceable documentation process.
• Close collaboration with department management, finance, and other internal stakeholders.
• Proactive thinking and continuous improvement of existing processes.
• Education or professional experience in paralegal, contract management, or administration.
• Analytical and interconnected thinking abilities.
• Understanding of contracts, cost structures, and administrative processes.
• Very precise, structured, and detail-oriented work style.
• Reliable, diligent, and independent personality.
• High initiative and strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Bexio is an advantage.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of French and English is a plus.
