Verify Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist in enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs and initiatives.

• Design, implement, and provide support for IBM Security Verify IAM solutions.

• Take ownership of authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, and access lifecycle processes.

• Engage with clients, gather requirements, and deliver effective solutions.

• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver operational IAM services.

• Conduct quality assurance, testing, and ongoing improvement activities.

• Support project delivery for large-scale IAM initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience in Identity and Access Management or related security technologies.

• Practical experience with IBM Security Verify, ISAM, IGI, or comparable IAM tools.

• Strong understanding of IAM principles and enterprise security environments.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with enterprise clients.

• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.

• Over 8 years of IAM or security experience preferred for senior-level positions.

• Experience in regulated or federal settings is preferred.

• Familiarity with IAM integrations, APIs, and directory services is preferred.

• Experience in shift-based or 24x7 operational support is preferred.
