VERIFY Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work alongside Consultants to supply VERIFY documents in line with client agreements.

• Oversee VERIFY data for both new and existing clients.

• Effectively communicate with clients, elevator contractors, and Consultants about VERIFY and CCM (Certificate Compliance Management) processes.

• Ensure adherence to VDA requests through regular follow-up with elevator contractors.

• Participate in VERIFY-related meetings as needed.

• Handle billing for projects, catering to client preferences regarding billing frequency and methods.

• Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints throughout the project lifecycle.

• Act as a liaison between VDA, clients, and their vendors.

• Maintain the online accounts for the VDA Customer Portal.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Compliance, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Over 4 years of experience in the elevator industry, with knowledge of elevator vendor invoices, contracts, and maintenance management is preferred.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Proficient in data analysis, revenue tracking, and metric-driven reporting.

• Experience with pricing models and managing proposals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments and with clients.

• Awareness of industry regulations and best practices concerning vertical transportation maintenance and certification management.
