This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute consulting activities through both short- and long-term engagements.
• Offer expertise in configuration and workflow while translating the requirements of clinical operations.
• Lead the team responsible for clinical implementation.
• Assess clinical and business processes and suggest necessary process modifications.
• Develop process documentation and identify any issues.
• Specify and/or design hardware and software solutions.
• Oversee change management, data configuration, interface deployment testing, training requirements, and solution rollout.
• Collaborate with company and client managers to ensure alignment from consulting through to training and implementation.
• Facilitate and deliver information transfer both in-person and remotely.
• Conduct product demonstrations.
• Serve as an internal advocate/translator for partners and an external promoter for Varian.
• Integrate and translate information between the two organizations.
• Foster collaboration and consensus among various organizations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience as a Radiation Therapist, Dosimetrist, Physicist, or Nurse.
• At least 5–7 years of clinical/technical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar job role.
• Capability to facilitate and present information transfer both in-person and remotely.
• Product knowledge and proficiency in conducting demonstrations.
• Familiarity with the industry.
• Self-driven team player.
• Highly organized and adept at multitasking; able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship development.
• Ability to advocate for partners internally while promoting Varian externally.
• Comfort in navigating matrixed and unstructured environments.
• Excellent multimode communication skills with all levels within both organizations.
• Quick synthesis of information and effective translation between the two organizations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills demonstrated through collaboration and consensus building.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Must fulfill applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
• Must be capable of working with controlled technology in compliance with US export control laws.
