Strategic Implementation Specialist – EHS & Sustainability Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives for new subscriber launches and key subscriber projects.

• Facilitate cross-departmental activities to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful project delivery.

• Oversee designated launch workstreams, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and the overall health of the project.

• Foster trusted relationships with internal teams and subscribers to enhance successful implementation outcomes.

• Create project updates, executive summaries, and communications for stakeholders.

• Collaborate with implementation and account teams to guarantee smooth transitions into ongoing subscriber success.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of SSC processes, tools, and best practices for implementation.

• Acquire expertise in Benchmark Gensuite solutions, implementation methodologies, and strategies for subscriber success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• 2–4 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Sustainability, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Operational Risk, or a similar business area.

• Proven experience in supporting digital transformation projects and/or enterprise software implementations.

• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities and driving execution effectively.

• Proficient in building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for both technical and business stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.

• Good judgment and attention to detail are essential.

• Ability to adapt quickly, engage in continuous learning, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Preferred qualifications include experience with Benchmark Gensuite software implementations or digital transformation projects in EHS, Sustainability, Risk Management, or other enterprise functions.

• Preferred: experience collaborating with users and stakeholders across enterprise organizations.

• Preferred: familiarity with customer success, implementation, change management, or project management methodologies.
