📋 Description

• Identify and source innovative startups within 16VC’s targeted sectors.

• Utilize your network to create exclusive deal flow opportunities.

• Act as a representative for 16VC in both founder and investor communities.

• Conduct thorough due diligence covering market, product, technology, and founder-market alignment.

• Develop investment memos for review by the investment committee.

• Engage in discussions during investment committee meetings.

• Offer strategic support to portfolio founders.

• Assist in recruitment, go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and fundraising efforts.

• Facilitate introductions to customers, talent, and investors.

• Enhance 16VC’s visibility within the AI and emerging technology sectors.

• Organize roundtables, demo sessions, or events for founders.

• Share thought leadership when appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience founding, scaling, or holding senior positions in venture-backed startups.

• Extensive exposure to AI, SaaS, Web3, FinTech, or Deep Tech sectors.

• Background as an angel investor or experience working within a VC firm.

• Strong network of founders and investors.

• Long-term thinker who aligns with 16VC’s investment thesis.
