Partner Skilling PM – Asia Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of strategic skilling initiatives throughout Asia

• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for flagship programs like Certification Weeks and AI Tour for Partners

• Ensure high-quality, scalable execution while maximizing reach and the impact on partners

• Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive widespread participation

• Manage relationships with delivery partners and vendors to guarantee strong execution, quality, and capacity

• Supervise learning platforms and event tools to provide seamless experiences

• Direct regional budget planning and forecasting for skilling programs

• Monitor key performance indicators such as participation rates, certifications, and return on investment (ROI)

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in program management, learning & development, partner enablement, or event operations

• Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale, multi-market programs across the Asia Pacific region

• Strong financial skills, with experience in budget management and forecasting

• Exceptional communication abilities with the capacity to influence stakeholders at various levels

• Knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem, certification pathways, or skilling programs is preferred

• Experience in localization and multilingual program delivery is preferred
