Affiliate Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of creator and affiliate programs across various client accounts.

• Address creator inquiries utilizing approved messaging templates.

• Assist creators with inquiries related to campaigns, samples, commissions, and account details.

• Refer complex or sensitive matters to the relevant team members.

• Review and manage creator sample requests.

• Approve or reject requests based on established brand standards.

• Assess creators for brand suitability, content quality, engagement, and compliance.

• Evaluate submitted content to ensure it meets campaign criteria.

• Proactively communicate any blockers and workload issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, customer support, e-commerce, or digital marketing.

• Excellent written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable adhering to established processes while ensuring high accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center or Affiliate Center is a plus.

• Background in supporting influencer or affiliate campaigns is preferred.

• Familiarity with creator outreach and content moderation is an advantage.

• Experience in an agency or multi-client setting is desired.

• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, project management tools, or CRM platforms is preferred.
