This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Accountable for meeting the Territory Sales Quota.
• Oversee and cultivate the customer base.
• Manage expenses while enhancing ZOLL's profitability.
• Represent the assigned territory by promoting products to the pre-hospital (EMS) sector.
• Meet the sales targets for hardware and disposable products.
• Responsible for formulating both short-term and long-term sales development plans.
• Tasked with identifying new business opportunities.
• Maintain organized account records, including profiles, and ensure they are updated in the company CRM.
• Dedicate an average of 3 days per week to fieldwork.
• A college degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience is required, or prior experience with ZOLL.
• Familiarity with ZOLL and competitor products.
• Possess strategic and customer-focused selling skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for territory management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Basic technical and clinical knowledge to competently discuss ZOLL products.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
