This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients from other operators to provide assistance.

• Manage offerings to provide better benefits for their mobile line, encouraging them to switch to Claro Perú.

• Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 6 PM (including a 1-hour break).

• Fixed days off: Sundays and holidays.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 month of experience in a call center.

• Must be available to work remotely and have the necessary work tools (PC/Laptop + wired internet).

• Completed secondary education.
