This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within targeted market segments, including electric utilities, large industrials, and the renewable sector, to generate fresh business leads.
• Transform existing leads and cultivate new prospects in the GEV Installed Base through commercial initiatives established by the Business Development Team.
• Arrange and present sales pitches to potential customers.
• Oversee relationships with channel partners and Key Account Managers to align sales strategies.
• Lead the proposal strategy and process from the request for quotation (RFQ) to proposal submission and order fulfillment.
• Relay customer and prospect product challenges to the relevant departments.
• Achieve or surpass commercial order intake goals set for the US Industrial Market.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or experience in industrial/electric transmission, distribution, or generation/renewable markets.
• At least 5 years of experience in direct sales, business development, or a commercial role.
• Willingness and ability to travel about 30% of the time as needed.
• Proficient in English.
