This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of and expand a strategic territory covering the UK, France, and Benelux.
• Drive the growth of both new business and the expansion of key accounts.
• Collaborate with global teams in a highly cooperative international setting.
• Have a significant impact on commercial strategy and customer direction.
• Lead sales growth in the region, achieving strong double-digit year-over-year performance.
• Identify and secure new OEM clients in advanced manufacturing sectors.
• Foster and enhance relationships with stakeholders in engineering, procurement, and supply chain.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans and territory strategies.
• Oversee a robust sales pipeline, including forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Work alongside technical teams to provide complex, high-value solutions.
• Represent Novanta at customer locations, industry events, and trade shows.
• Demonstrated success in technical B2B sales with over 5 years of experience.
• Proven experience selling to OEMs with extended design cycles.
• Strong background in laser, photonics, optics, additive manufacturing, or precision engineering.
• A track record of acquiring new business and enhancing key accounts.
• Ability to engage confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset coupled with practical execution skills.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
