This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Oversee and enhance current customer relationships within Turkey.
• Identify and secure new clients through networking and focused outreach efforts.
• Conduct sales meetings and deliver product presentations.
• Participate in trade shows and events, following up on generated contacts.
• Evaluate market conditions, competitors, and customer potential.
• Prepare quotations and assist throughout the contract signing process.
• Maintain the CRM system and provide reports to sales management.
• Collaborate with the Engineering, After Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Support sales strategies and initiatives specific to Turkey.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the mechanical engineering sector.
• Established network of potential clients.
• Extensive experience in selling high-value capital goods, ideally in product packaging for the food industry or end-of-line packaging machinery.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and closing sales deals.
• Native-level proficiency in Turkish, excellent English skills; German is a plus.
• Strong customer orientation and negotiation abilities.
• Organized work style and a high willingness to travel.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office applications.
• Team-oriented with the capability to effectively communicate technical solutions.
