This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership of and oversee the complete sales process for luxury home staging initiatives.
• Transform incoming staging inquiries into sales through consultative discussions, property visits, and pricing proposals.
• Deliver staging solutions designed to enhance home sales speed and elevate perceived value in the luxury sector.
• Successfully finalize staging contracts and cultivate repeat business.
• Actively seek new staging opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship development with:
• Participate in open houses, broker events, and industry gatherings to showcase staging services and broaden the sales pipeline.
• Forge long-lasting partnerships that lead to ongoing staging projects.
• Evaluate properties to establish the scope, budget, timeline, and target buyer profile for staging.
• Suggest fitting staging packages based on property dimensions, market positioning, and sales objectives.
• Collaborate with internal staging and operations teams to ensure precise scopes and seamless project execution.
• Represent the brand with poise in all client interactions related to staging.
• Uphold the company’s image of luxury presentation, professionalism, and dependability.
• Over 3 years of experience in home staging sales, luxury real estate sales, or a closely related luxury service.
• Strong comprehension of how staging influences marketability, duration on the market, and buyer perceptions.
• Proven success in closing high-value staging projects.
• Experience with luxury properties valued at $5 million or more is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized with strong habits in follow-up and pipeline management.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, deadline-oriented sales environment.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and focused on achieving results.
