This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers to offer Claro portability.

• FULL TIME: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday, with fixed breaks on Sundays and holidays.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a Call Center.

• Available from 9 AM to 6 PM.

• Requirements for remote work, suitable tools:

• PC or Laptop: At least Core i3 or equivalent, Core i5, or Ryzen 5.

• 8GB RAM.

• Windows 10 or 11.

• HEADSET (Headphones with USB connection).

• Wired internet speed of at least 40mb.
