Ventas, Canal Escrito, Chat Botmaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Execute sales via chat in the written channel for Entel Perú through Botmaker.

• Manage 48 hours per week in rotating shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday.

• Address promotions, sales, customer service, and insurance assistance as per business needs.

• Adhere to the rotating weekly rest schedule.

• Participate in paid virtual training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in call centers and sales.

• Must have a laptop or PC.

• Have wired internet from Win, Movistar, Claro, or Entel; other providers are not accepted.

• Windows 10 Pro or 11 Pro is required.

• Processor: Core i3 or higher, Ryzen 3 or higher, or AMD A8 or higher.

• RAM memory of 8 GB or more.

• Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., in weekly rotating shifts.

• Education: Completed secondary education (Junior High School).
