Vendor Startup Manager – Single Sponsor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Review of Protocol & Specification – Ensure that vendor feedback is incorporated into the final study specifications.

• Study Specification Worksheet (SSW) – Assist in the vendor selection and bidding process.

• Vendor Kick-Off & Onboarding – Facilitate meetings and confirm readiness for database go-live.

• Budget & Contract Assistance – Evaluate quotes and help with negotiations.

• Risk Assessment & Contingency Planning – Actively identify and address potential startup risks.

• Performance Monitoring – Oversee vendor performance and escalate issues when necessary.

• UAT Execution – Carry out thorough testing and design for Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems.

• Collaboration – Work alongside TVMs, VALs, Procurement, and QA to ensure successful startup.

• Strong skills in vendor management and extensive knowledge of clinical trial startup processes.

• Strategic mindset with the capability to evaluate risks and execute contingency plans.

• Experience in vendor contracting, budgeting, and onboarding procedures.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Practical experience with tools such as IRT, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Unified Vendor Portal (UVP).
