This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Proactively collaborate with brand teams to identify, prioritize, and execute pricing strategies that improve margins within the irrigation business segment, ensuring alignment with corporate profit goals.
β’ Develop and sustain comprehensive margin performance tracking systems, utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting to deliver actionable insights to senior management.
β’ Act as a trusted advisor on margin enhancement initiatives, leveraging robust business acumen and industry knowledge to influence decision-making and promote effective pricing strategies.
β’ Lead the examination of market trends and competitor pricing, using data-driven insights to suggest strategic adjustments that optimize profitability and maintain a competitive edge.
β’ Ensure precise and timely reporting on margin metrics, facilitating clear communication of performance results to key stakeholders, thus enabling informed business decisions.
β’ Promote a culture of continuous improvement in margin management processes by closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
β’ Oversee the evaluation and implementation of Agility software tools, where applicable, to streamline pricing operations and improve the efficiency and accuracy of margin management activities.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
β’ At least 3 years of professional experience in pricing, margin management, or a comparable role focused on enhancing profitability.
β’ Prior experience in the Irrigation Supply Industry is preferred.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, complex formulas, and macro development.
β’ Proficient in the broader Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
β’ Experience with Agility software is an advantage.
β’ Demonstrated strong business acumen with the capability to drive strategic initiatives.
β’ Proven track record in generating insights and monitoring financial impacts related to margin improvements.
β’ Exceptional influencing and advisory abilities to function as a trusted advisor on pricing strategies aimed at driving margin enhancement.
