This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Meet or surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives for lower limb prosthetic products within the designated territory.
• Deliver scheduled sales presentations to orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) practitioners and other healthcare professionals to advocate for the use of prosthetic products.
• Leverage TSM to formulate and implement strategic solutions aimed at driving profitable growth in the territory.
• Maintain and apply technical, competitive, and industry insights to address objections and execute effective sales strategies.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clinical decision-makers, including prosthetists and other medical professionals, to broaden the customer base and enhance market penetration.
• Promptly address the needs of internal and external customers, ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to create and execute competitive sales strategies that align with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, internal departments, and the Sales Effectiveness Manager to ensure smooth coordination of sales efforts and resources.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in a life science or business-related field.
• Over 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in medical or healthcare-related products.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Area Manager with a solid track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Demonstrated achievement of 100% sales quota attainment for a minimum of two years as an Area Manager.
• Proven success in conducting field sales training and presenting at national or regional sales meetings.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Leadership skills with an emphasis on training, coaching, and team collaboration.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time within the assigned territory.
