
Vendor Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive sales growth and enhance profitability across designated vendor partnerships.
• Lead execution efforts and reinforce collaboration with vendor sales teams.
• Broaden the partner network to generate measurable business results.
• Gain an understanding of vendor technology offerings and promote complementary solutions within the portfolio.
• Advocate for complementary vendor solutions while effectively communicating the Exclusive Networks message.
• Meet individual and team objectives in accordance with established profit and revenue goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned vendors at Exclusive Networks, cultivating relationships within vendor organizations.
• Support training and enablement initiatives for Exclusive Networks teams and uphold necessary accreditations.
• Conduct regular business reviews that focus on partner performance, identify execution gaps, and outline tactical growth strategies.
• Manage partner onboarding processes to swiftly enable, train, and activate new partners.
• Facilitate structured partner account planning meetings to address revenue goals, pipeline targets, enablement gaps, joint selling strategies, and quarterly priorities.
• Organize technical training, sales training, certifications, and readiness programs.
• Formulate multi-quarter strategies for partner growth.
• Mentor partners through sales processes, deal registration, quoting, and vendor programs.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to activate partners, pinpoint opportunities, assist with pipeline conversion, and elevate partners to higher production tiers.
• Report to the Vendor Sales Senior Director.
• Capability to excel in a dynamic, target-focused environment.
• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or channel/vendor management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT distribution, vendor ecosystems, and partner sales frameworks.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and work collaboratively with vendor and partner sales teams.
• Experience in onboarding new partners or clients, accelerating time-to-first-transaction and time-to-revenue.
• Strong enablement skills with a history of enhancing partner productivity through training, account planning, and continuous development.
• Established ability to drive sustained revenue growth through structured partner engagement.
• Results-oriented, capable of achieving or surpassing revenue and margin targets.
• Willingness to travel, up to 30%.
