📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our offerings with enthusiasm and professionalism.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Keep precise records of sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.

• Collaborate with team members to exchange insights and enhance sales strategies.

• Engage in continuous training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Initiate discussions with prospective clients in the French market and drive sales efforts.

• Represent Best Service Team (BST), a provider of B2B service solutions aimed at helping brands extend their reach and enhance customer engagement.

• Proficient in both French and English, with strong written and verbal skills.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
