This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the implementation of various operational rhythms alongside Global Sales leaders.
• Cultivate a high-performance environment that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and growth.
• Collaborate with Business Partners and other organizational roles to fulfill leadership requests, drive impactful projects, and synchronize deliverables across regions.
• Manage senior-level Sales Performance reviews, ensuring the accuracy of data, stakeholder insights, and timely deliverables.
• Deliver insights on business performance and aid in the decision-making process.
• Generate regular and on-demand executive business updates.
• Participate in localized planning and sales operations activities.
• Propel the local execution and adoption of transformative programs and sales initiatives.
• Identify, strategize, and implement according to local requirements.
• Work together with Strategic Sales Operations colleagues to ensure compliance with the established business planning playbook.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, HR, systems, marketing, product, and additional teams.
• Coordinate with BP leadership to standardize operations and deliverables.
• Over 8 years of experience in sales operations, sales, or strategy consulting.
• At least 2 years of experience working directly with senior software/tech sales leaders in organizations with $1B+ in sales.
• Expertise in sales planning and operations, covering sales coverage, segmentation, territory planning, sales compensation strategies, and business rhythms such as MBRs and QBRs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leadership and teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• A graduate degree is a plus.
• This role is not open for hiring in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, or WA.
• Occasional travel may be required for project or team in-person meetings.
