This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accelerate sales growth and enhance profitability within assigned vendor partnerships.
• Drive execution and strengthen collaboration with vendor sales teams.
• Broaden the partner network and deliver quantifiable business results.
• Comprehend vendor technology portfolio positioning and promote complementary solutions throughout the portfolio.
• Advocate for vendor solutions and effectively communicate the Exclusive Networks message.
• Meet individual and team profit and revenue objectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned vendors at Exclusive Networks and cultivate relationships across vendor organizational functions.
• Assist in the training and empowerment of Exclusive Networks teams while maintaining necessary accreditations.
• Conduct regular business reviews aimed at evaluating partner performance, identifying execution gaps, and strategizing growth initiatives.
• Manage partner onboarding, ensuring partners are equipped, trained, and operational.
• Lead structured partner account planning sessions addressing revenue goals, pipeline objectives, enablement deficiencies, joint selling strategies, and quarterly priorities.
• Organize technical training, sales training, certifications, and readiness programs.
• Formulate multi-quarter partner growth strategies.
• Guide partners through sales processes, deal registration, quoting, and vendor programs.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to activate partners, pinpoint opportunities, aid pipeline conversion, and advance partners to higher production tiers.
• Report to a Vendor Sales Senior Director.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, target-focused environment.
• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or channel/vendor management.
• Solid understanding of IT distribution, vendor ecosystems, and partner sales frameworks.
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities and capacity to influence and collaborate with vendor and partner sales teams.
• Experience in onboarding new partners or clients, speeding up time-to-first-transaction and time-to-revenue.
• Strong enablement skills, with a proven ability to enhance partner productivity through training, account planning, and continuous development.
• Confirmed capacity to drive sustainable revenue growth through structured partner engagement.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or surpassing revenue and margin goals.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
