This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Sourcing & Selection: Identify, assess, and onboard third-party vendors, contractors, and suppliers that are in line with the company’s strategic objectives and quality benchmarks.
• Contract Negotiation: Spearhead negotiations for contracts, pricing, terms of service, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure cost efficiency and minimize operational risk.
• Performance Monitoring: Set up and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate vendor performance, quality of deliverables, and compliance with SLAs.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for external partners, conducting routine business reviews, managing escalations, and addressing disputes or compliance matters.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure vendors adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, data security standards, clean-room requirements, access controls, and corrective action plans to address any violations.
• Customer Launch Support: Assist with customer launches and ramp-ups by coordinating vendor resource plans with training, quality expectations, and operational readiness, including vendor audits during onboarding and scaling phases.
• Capacity Planning: Work alongside workforce management, call operations, QA/QC, and other operational leaders to translate forecasts into actionable cross-skilling and support plans that maximize SLA delivery. Ensure staffing aligns with short-term and long-term resource requirements based on project pipelines and organizational objectives.
• Allocation & Scheduling: Collaborate with other operations leaders to allocate the appropriate internal personnel and external contractors to projects based on their availability, skill sets, and strategic priorities.
• Utilization Tracking: Monitor and report on resource utilization rates, identifying bottlenecks, over-allocations, or idle time, and proactively suggest adjustments.
• Workforce Strategy: Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to pinpoint skill gaps and provide insights on the ideal balance of full-time hires versus external contractors/vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in vendor management, resource management, and workforce planning, ideally within a Patient Access Hub or a similar setting.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-value contracts and optimizing resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
• Hybrid work model (SF office Mon/Tues/Thurs) with catered lunches (available for Bay Area positions only).
