Vendor & Procurement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete lifecycle of relationships with third-party data providers.

• Create and uphold a global strategy for vendor management.

• Negotiate pricing, payment conditions, and contract stipulations.

• Ensure all vendors comply with established standards.

• Establish and execute a framework for vendor performance management.

• Cultivate strong connections with vendor account managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain management.

• Preferred experience in background screening, HR technology, fintech, or regtech.

• Demonstrated success in commercial negotiations.

• Solid understanding of data protection and compliance regulations.

• Experience in developing and overseeing vendor governance frameworks.

• Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
