Vendor Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage new partners while executing partnership solutions and enhancing existing relationships with Service Partners.

• Conduct research on service partners, pinpoint key stakeholders, and spark their interest.

• Cultivate an in-depth understanding of the partner's services, business operations, service offerings, key stakeholders, and customer demographics.

• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with current partners and propose innovative ways to expand the partnership.

• Negotiate appealing partnership agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with business objectives, goals, and strategies.

• Ensure compliance of Service Partners with contractual obligations.

• Oversee Service Partner contracts, ensuring timely renewals.

• Guarantee that proper documentation is created, reviewed, updated, and securely stored.

• Maintain an up-to-date Service Partner Database.

• Support CAMs by ensuring the availability of Service Partners for project-related tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in business development, sales, partnerships, community management, or related fields.

• Proficiency in hardware and software server administration, troubleshooting, network and switching protocols (both remote and on-premises), network security devices, IT business equipment, software development, and virtualization.

• Capability to manage a complex network of companies globally.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for effectively interacting with individuals from diverse countries and backgrounds.

• Exceptional negotiation skills.

• Flexibility to meet with service partners during off-business hours as necessary, especially for partners in different time zones.

• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
