Vendor Management Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Develops a framework and processes to identify and source new vendors.

• Cultivates relationships, monitors KPIs, and performs regular performance evaluations.

• Ensures compliance of vendors with contractual, security, and legal standards, and carries out risk assessments.

• Manages contract terms and negotiates renewals in collaboration with Finance and business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 3-7+ years of experience in health plan operations with direct oversight of TPA activities.

• At least 1 year in procurement, supplier management, or strategic sourcing.

• Over 5 years of experience in health plan claims, COB/TPL, claims quality, or other essential health plan operational functions.
