This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the home computing accessories marketplace category.
• Drive profit and loss (P&L) outcomes by managing pricing, margins, and making strategic commercial decisions.
• Develop and implement the category strategy, which includes assortment, planograms, and continuous optimization.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with marketplace partners.
• Evaluate market and industry trends to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Over 5 years of category management experience within retail, e-commerce, or marketplace settings.
• Proven track record in commercial and P&L management, including expertise in pricing, margin control, gross merchandise volume (GMV), and profitability metrics.
• Capability to oversee both category strategy and vendor/account management.
• Strong analytical and market-focused approach, utilizing industry trends and performance data to inform decisions.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and communication abilities, along with proficient negotiation skills.
