Vendor Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Developing and overseeing strategic sourcing and vendor relationship strategies for designated vendors

• Managing the selection, procurement, and oversight of contractual agreements for Business Operations

• Collaborating closely with Business Operations Partners to comprehend their requirements

• Acting as the primary contact for purchases, deliveries, and any issues related to products and services

• Clearly articulating and negotiating service level agreements

• Cultivating partnerships with vendors to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of relevant experience in Operations

• Experience in managing both onshore and offshore vendor relationships

• Demonstrated success in vendor relationship management and/or vendor relationship ownership

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, planning, and critical thinking abilities

• Competence in reading, analyzing, and interpreting vendor contracts

• Capability to understand, negotiate, and monitor committed contract expenditures for any vendor contract

• Proficient in communicating effectively both in writing and verbally

• Skillful in presenting information and addressing inquiries

• Adept at solving practical problems and handling a range of concrete variables
